CIE is an organization devoted to international cooperation on all matters relating to the science and art of lighting.
It is a unique world-wide organization in matters of all phases of illuminating engineering, radiometry photometry and colorimetry.
Recognized by the International organization for Standardization (ISO) and IEC as an international standardizing body of fundamental aspects of metrology evaluation and application of light and colour including other radiation aspects in the optical wavelength range.
CIE/USA 2001 and 2002 Technical Session Proceedings Now Available
A CD-ROM containing the Proceedings of the 2001 Joint CIE/USA and CIE/CNC Technical Session on "Photometric Uncertainty" and the 2002 CIE/USA Technical Session "Physical Photometry & Radiometry at NIST" is now available. CIE/USA and CNC members may order a copy at no charge.
